(MV & MZ) Impassable Terrain Tag for Player

This simple plugin for RPG Maker MV and RPG Maker MZ makes tiles with specific terrain tag impassable by the player, but otherwise traversable by other characters such as events or followers. Can be used for multiple purposes such as overriding inconsistent ceiling impassability or creating enemy spawn hallways the player can't possibly gain access to.

This plugin will always override the passage property in Database > Tilesets and treat the terrain tag as the sole denominator for player collision.

- Adjust for 8-directional movement
- Un-bullshit the code for better compatibility with other plugins
- Implement optional parameter to toggle player/follower/event collision further expanding the plugin's capability
